Reassigned during August 1965 to Marine Wing Headquarters Group 1, 1st Marine Air Wing

Deployed during September 1965 to Chu Lai, Republic of Vietnam

Participated in war in Vietnam, September 1965 - October 1968, operating from Chu Lai

1969 - 1994

Relocated during October 1968 to Twentynine Palms, CA, and reassigned to Marine Air Control Group 38, 3rd Marine Air Wing, FMF Pacific

Relocated During March 1971 to Yuma, AZ

Participated in numerous training exercises during the 1970's and 1980's
